I generally drink Cascade ice, fruit juice flavored carbonated drinks, but when drinking Cola-like substances it's Diet Dr Pepper or Coke Zero.

Dang, my Pepsi is getting blown away...
I'll drink Mountain Dew or Ginger Ale before Pepsi, but I took the Pepsi challenge many moons ago and Pepsi beat Coke for me.

Well, I guess since my plea started all of this, I'd better cast a vote-lol. I prefer Coke. Is it just me, or did soda taste better when it came in glass bottles?

Remember as a kid the bottled pop was awesome.....You can still buy the bottled pop,but few stores carry it............Find a store that caters to the spanish people-they carry glass bottles........(my wife buys the coke there for herself...)

yup... they use high-fructose corn syrup these days, not real sugar. They have to import the stuff with real sugar from Mexico, but you can often get it at Latin grocery stores.

I was a Pepsi drinker for years, Coke tasted too sweet to me. I don't drink pop every day but when I do it's Canada Dry ginger ale. As a kid I liked Bubble Up in bottles.

I remember when I was a teenager in school. They had the vending machines which had bottled Coke & Pepsi. It was real cold, sometimes almost frozen with ice crystals in it. Boy oh boy that was good! Doesn't taste as good anymore! I don't drink any sodas, except maybe on rare occasion and then only what happens to be available which could be coke, root beer, ginger ale, etc. Fossilman is right, that stuff isn't good for ya, at least not on a regular basis. I drink water, when I drink anything at all! (Bad, bad girl! I don't drink near enough water)! :nono: :nono:
