Thats a great example of how nice these stones are with lots of content in it. Is that going to be used for bookends? Did you find that one yourself or was it a purchase?

I bought the rough on ebay , cut slabs and sold on ebay and intended to end with this standup display ,used my vib-lap to finish it . it could be used as a bookend, it is big and heavy enough . i have made several sets of bookends, i like doing them.

That is a neat piece of Puddingstone! Way back in the day, the native folks used that material to make axe heads... they look pretty cool too!
