Thanks guy's these came from 4 differant digs all in the Tepee canyon area. Hey Chuck,No it's not a limb cast just a wierd nodule shape.

Hey Nate I cut the nodule last night and the agate runs about 2'' deep very disapointing. I'll post a picture later today.

The ground is frozen but the agates are still findable,on the sunny sides of the hills. not a bad day ...Roger Roger, Nice Teepee Agates. I think the overhangs at the major pit is getting too dangerous for me! Bob

If that would have been river tumbled, would it have been called a geode? Too bad the agate stopped short. Would have been awesome running through that whole nodule.

I think if it river tumbled you find piece's of Fairburn Agate wondering were the rest is.
