Hi, I'm Tracie (but my user name is pronounced 'dragonhealer'), and I'm new around here.
I have been interested in rock tumbling for years, and finally bought myself a kids' kit a few years ago. I did this to test out whether I would enjoy the process and the work involved. Now I'd like to get a double barrel rotary tumbler to get a move on!
Mostly I tumble stuff I get out of the local sluicing places here in North Carolina.
I also make jewelry, most of it is historically inspired.
Not sure what else folks want to know, so if you have questions, I will answer!

Welcome aboard. I, too, make jewelry, besides the wire wraps posted on here.
Can not wait to see what you post.

Welcome to the greatest website on the internet. We love new members and we love questions. But, most of all, we l-o-v-e pictures. I too do a little wirewrapping, but mostly I just try to get rid of the rocks I have (pet wood, agates, jasper, flint.). Once again, welcome. Cindy

Hi Tracie! Lots to learn about and grow with here! I think you'll enjoy it. The Rock Tumbling and Rock Tumbling Photos sections have been very helpful to me for figuring out what I'm doing with all of this stuff. People are wonderful about answering questions and teaching you what to do! I look forward to seeing you on the boards!
