Man, that is the coolest thing I have heard in a long time- hiding them under rocks!!!!!! My grandkids would flip out and scream with delight convinced they came from the ground like that. Bless you for doing that! You will have certainly made a few people's day- hopefully some kids' day.
I would totally use a few of those! Esp. that brecciated mookaite. The holey ones are cool, too.

Love the hearts, love what you plan to do with them. Who wouldn't love to find one of those? Most unexpected. The colors are really great in the fifth one... what kind of stone is it? I like the brecciated one as well.

Holy cow ... thats a whole lot of hearts. They are pretty darn cool!!!!!
You have a wide range in mohs there and that could cause the chipping and pitting.
Obsidians are a volcanic glass and should not be mixed with anything harder then itself. This is my opinion only. I have fallen deeply in love with obsidian and have worked well with it in the past two years or so.
Enjoy!!!!

Those are way cool and so varied. I see right atrial enlargement, left atrial enlargement, ventricular and atrial septal defects when I view them as a cardilogist. Nice job. I really need to learn how to do something like that.
