I am leaving town for a week and want to know if I can turn off my tumbler while I am gone? Will this turn into a block of cement for the stones and grit that are presently turning? Thanks very much. Ray

How big is the tumbler? What stage are you at and how long has the load been tumbling?
You should be okay for a week, but you may need to open it up and stir it to loosen it up.

Thanks Chuck. It is a QT 66. One barrel is in stage 1 and the other is in stage 2. They have been turning for 4 days. I appreciate your response. Ray O.

Why don't you just leave it running? You'll get back at just about the right time to recharge it.
