Here is what I believe to be Snoeflake Obsidian.....at any rate it is black with snowflakes !.....it is quite soft....the tile saw went through the slab like butter..or maybe petrified butter !!....lol............ Attachments:

Thanks guys....especialy to you TNTMOM.........I have seen some of your obsidian on here before , which was excellent....and by the things that I have seen others on here say about your work you must be the queen of obsidian !!.....so coming from you the compliment is particularly nice............

You did a beautiful job and a plus with obsidian is that it helps to deglaze your saw blade so it not only cuts easy, it helps in between cutting agates and jasper. Fran
