Hell yeah. This week I cut up some gift slabs, totally awesome materials that were sent to me simply "because" ;D Dave still thinks that I'm 1-up on him in the gift package department, but I don't think so. lol Oh, the cabs....... Sonora dendritic plume jasper.... Blue lace agate... printstone (I love this stuff) Unsure of what this one is, but I love it too!!

Beautiful. That "unsure" - isn't it bird's eye rhyolite?
That Prinstone - I loved it too till I discovered how soft it is. Too bad such a beautifully colored rock is so soft. You put a nice shine on it, though.

Thanks y'all!! DB has provided me with very much grade-A material to cut my cabs from, these are just a small sample. I didn't get too much cabbing time this weekend because of a craft show but it paid off. Tomorrow I'm gonna do a few more.

Looking great as always!!! Thatlast one is birds eye rhyolite. That's a nice cab for much of the material is badly fractured. I'm feeling guilty...I have rocks to take pics of from Randy and Mel among others. I've some great aaa+++ slabs from Randy that make me sit and think which one should I do first tillI get nothing done.
