Here's another fun one:
"24 pounds of mostly granite rocks painted with glitter. 21 rock in total"
Opening bid is $49. The seller is in Los Angeles . . . maybe I shouldn't be surprised.

LOL! It's not a surprise they are SELLING it, what would be surprising is if someone BOUGHT it!!! O.o.
But maybe some people collect old bricks???

We call those "Virginia red jasper", they come in gray as well but don't polish worth a damn.

At first I thought it was going to have been from the tsunami in Japan. While gross to sell that kind of thing on ebay, at least I could sort of understand that.
Just checked, nobody bought the brick. Rats.

Kinda like that 36 gram HUGE Ellensburg blue agate they're trying to sell for $225. What's up with that?

lol 36? We should keep a thread of most ridiculous ebay sales, and then we can write a book and all those jokers will buy it and we can buy an island or something.

Lol, hi Bill! May have been some bricks in the bottom of those crates, but I doubt it! Much better than bricks there for sure! Already tuning up my shopping list for the next one!

I shut down the tumblers yesterday. Time for a vacation. Great Lavic report. I won't do any summer desert hounding anymore. Too hot. Paramount was too hot. Not a bad deal 27lbs for 17 bucks. Next time I may double the take. Try the beaches we talked about, much cooler. BillG
