Here's a batch out of a 3lb barrel. This one had a great assortment of rocks in there and my kids seem to like it better when there is a variety of stuff to look at instead of a whole barrel of one kind. whole barrel amozonite quartz citrine quartz leopard skin jasper amethyst and banded amethyst bahia agate kona dolomite brecciated jasper and few saw scraps and tumbled cabs Thanks for looking Chuck

The amazonite is my favorite. Pretty patterns in that batch!

Nice batch! I thought that tumbling rocks of different hardnesses was a no-no, but that Kona dolomite came through great. I'm working on a batch of just Kona now. It should be going in the vibe this weekend.

Very nice! Getting a shine on Leopard Skin is tough. You seem to have no problem. Great job.

Thanks for all the kind comments on this one. I have tried to teach the kids that having a full barrel of the same hardness stones will produce better results but this was my 7 yr olds barrel and I think he might lose interest if he had to wait 6-7 weeks for a couple pounds of "similar" rocks so he has pretty much been putting whatever he likes in there and luckily he has had good results so far.
