Awesome job! "Root Beer" is a term I've heard used to describe Lake Superior Agates that are mostly (or almost entirely) comprised of clear, root beer colored agate. Fortification banded Lakers to be sure, but the banding is usually faint, and in the "root beer", so to speak. It's not a term I hear a lot though. Pretty bad image, but you get the idea:
