If you have access to a metal lathe, or know someone who does, there's a bunch of industrial plastics [Nylatron GS, and Titanium {a trade name}] that will greatly outlast the white nylon bearings. The mtl. would have to be cut to spec, but may be worth it to you. If you don't can't make them yourself, or know anyone, talk to a local machine shop.

If you are running that many 15 lbs. barrels sounds like you need a commercial duty or home built heavy duty unit.

I was going to recommend the same as John, A homemade with 3/4" steel shafts, greasable pillow block bearings and heavy duty automotive pulleys and belts. I have had mine going for a full year now and the only maintenace has been to get the grease gun out once a month. I am sure you dont want to eat the cost of all those units though.
