A guy posted this on another forum yesterday. Just thought I'd pass it on.
My father passed away and I have inherited all of his rocks and equipment. I know very little about the hobby/business so I’m not sure how to describe everything. I have truckloads of rock mostly from the US but some from overseas. Some of the rock is polished but most is not. Sizes range from small gems 1/4 inch up to petrified wood 1 1/2 ft in diameter. I have rock of all different colors and patterns.
I also have equipment:
24” Frantom saw 12” unknown make saw 6” unknown make saw Several tumblers Large heavy vibrating table polisher 18” or so
I know the two large saws are in good working order as I spent time with Dad in his rock shop while he was using them just before he passed.
I also have a faceting machine with many attachments and disks.
I'm in the Nashville, TN area. Call or email with any questions. Tim 615-392-0101 tvd@duncklee.com

I called. $2k for the 24" saw. In all reality it's worth that but I personally wouldn't pay more than half that. The deals are out there just few and far between. Years ago I bought an entire shop that included a 24" saw for $2k to give you an idea.

It included a 24" HP saw in excellent shape, an 18" HP Vibro Lap that was like new, An 8' long heavy oak work bench, lots of new findings and about 500 lb of rock.
