Starting to see some space around here but I still have a few items I need to ship out. Paypal only. U.S. shipping only. PM me to make sure you're first in line before sending any Paypals. Medium flat rate priority mail boxes, with all prices quoted with shipping INCLUDED in the price. Will consider swaps but I don't need more rough. You don't have to send out a parcel as big as the one I send out. Smaller is fine. What do you have? Tumbles, slabs, crystals? I'm happy to hear your suggestions...Oh, and don't forget to tell me which box or boxes you would like. Thanks. The yellow thing in the photos is a yellow ruler put there to give an idea of size. Will be shipping on or after Thursday.
Box #1: 15 pounds Smoky Quartz
I found this stuff clearing weeds after the storm. So, yes, it's really grimy and dirty. There is no purple in it; that's in there because my camera is acting up. It's Smoky Quartz, and I would say tumbling grade, not enough clarity to be good for cabs or facets. I have tumbled some of it and it rounds off pretty quickly but it isn't as hard as the true Agates so tumble it with stuff like Rose Quartz and Amethyst. Priority mail shipping in medium flat rate box w. tracking number included. $23.
Box #2: Bloodstone and Green Moss Agate from India -- SOLD PENDING PAYMENT
About 20 pounds of this material. A small amount of red fancy jasper in there but most of it is green Bloodstone with some splashes of red or Green Moss Agate. It has been pretty picked over and I have already high-graded it a couple of times so I'll say $29 with priority mail shipping in medium flat rate box w. tracking number included. If you paid more in the past, it's because I picked out higher quality for you. But this is still OK tumbling grade and I think you will also be able to get some cabs out of it.
Box #3: Coral, Agatized and maybe part fossilized, 10#
Some random Agatized Coral and some that I don't think is completely mineralized because it is not so heavy. Not sure what to do with this material. I've had the largest piece as a display item for years but it just lost its spot to something more expensive...priority mail medium flat rate box w. tracking, all-in price $18.
Box #4: Mexican Banded/possible Crazy Lace Agate, 18#
This is two large pieces too big for our saw, total weight around 18#. Mostly gray and white banding, but there is a touch of drusy and also some red markings in there from what I can see on the outside. They are not green. They were lost in the ground until we were clearing an area in the aftermath of the storm, so when I found them, they were really grimy. The green is algae, methinks! It will tumble away. :-)
Here's a zoom in of one small area magnified:
They are too bulky for a medium flat rater, so watch for a large flat rate priority mail box with tracking. $25.
Sorry for the poor photos. I don't know what's going on with my camera today. Any questions, let me know. THanks for looking.
