Hi everyone!!
I just purchased a large buy of slabs and rock at auction.
As I sorted through the bags and boxes of slabs and rock, I came across several pieces of really nice tourmaline.
I would like to sell them, and realize that I am a relative unknown here. I have worked quite a bit with Borock, and a very good friend is Marie Frazier Burgess. I just purchased from Steve Holmes as well. I don't think any one of these folks will object it you contact them for reference. I have also sold on eBay (3811+ feedback), Etsy (210 + feedback), Bonanza (124 +feedback) since 1998.
With that said... The tourmaline I am offering...
12 pieces, a total carat weight of 283.95 carats. I would like $100.00 PayPal is preferred or a Postal Money Order, for the collection. I will pay for postage.
Almost all green, most olive green, one really pretty blue green, and one that I think is black. The clearest one is the blue green one and it is 17.35 carats, about 15 x 10 mm. There is a photo of that one included separately.
The one with the crystal attached has the weight of the crystal included in it's weight, and in the total weight. So, the actual Tourmaline weight is probably closer to 250 ct.
Thank You very Much!!
** Please---- If I am *stupid high* in my price here.... just PM me with what you think should be a fair price** My feelings wont be hurt. As of right now they are about $1.25 per ct.
Here are my photos. Please feel free to email me at mnblarneystone@hotmail.com with questions.
I think these 2 fused crystals are black \/
This one is really coppery looking... almost the cats eye....
The one with the crystal on it. \/
The skinnier "nice" crystal
The best crystal:
Better look:
The group with a quarter:
In this picture, the one closest to the quarter, is the best piece, blue green piece.
