I need to find a saw or stone and not sure what windowing is...but yeah coral that could be. but I do know it's no cookie if it is it's the worst tasting one I ever tried. thanks for input all ...

hounder, windowing is just grinding off the crust from a small area to look thru the window and see what is inside. Kinda gives ya an idea of what to do with it.

Wow nice I guessed right, to cool. I have never seen one it was on a stone with a shell fossil near by...we don't have lots of ocean stuff right here. My thanks fossilman for the positive I.D. Also thanks gr.. I really should have known that ..duh..
