They look much better than my first and second attempt at moonstone. I haven't tried the third yet. I also had the chips/cracks problems, and on the second batch I skipped 60/90 and began with 200.
Overall, I would call your moonstone tumble superb!

I like them.. Moonstone is rapidly becoming one of my new faves to work with... their on y to do list to tumbler and cab!!

Those look fantastic! Feldspars like moonstone cleave easily, so they tend to disintegrate in the tumbler faster than you'd predict by their hardness.

great results on difficult material. I like the third picture of the whole batch finished.
