Someone posted a pic of their disgusting saw the other day. It was slimy and mostly muck with little oil actually usable. Mine was similar. Today I decided to clean the saw. I did not take any before pics because I wouldn't take my camera anywhere near that disgusting mess. Any way, I drained the oil, scraped the 1,000 pounds of hard gunk out, and took it to the car wash. It worked like a charm.

That was me, mine doesn't shine but the oil is clean on the rock when it cuts, which it is doing right now!
I'd take it to the car wash, but is big and a pain to haul, not to mention a mess... I keep it on several layers of cardboard in the garage and change that out every few months.
Yours looks nice and clean though, hope it's more fun again!
