Mark, Tommy and I are going to go play in the dirt(or mud)this weekend. We are going to Cartersville, Ga. first to collect some nice Georgia Agate then head to Tenn. and hunt some Geodes! I will post some pictures when we get back! Keith

Are you going to the power lines on top of the hill? Some of that stuff is fine. I always find the best in the road cut where i parked. Good luck and stay dry! It's pouring in Atlanta all day Sat.

We just got back home from digging. James we went to the power lines drove around to the back side. Got there at daylight to a light rain hunted about a hour and half got 6 buckets full(2 each). Drove to Woodbury, Tenn and collected about 400-500lbs of Geodes some still in matrix. Largest basketball size. Will try and get some pics tomorrow. Time for shower and bed!

He could not handle James' location. Sounds like the geodes are the ones that got him.

Looking forward to seeing what those geodes look like, Keith!!!! Cut any open yet? Donnie; I am under the impression Keith is still sipping clear fluids and taking naproxen for the pain and swelling. Keith, honestly tell me I am wrong and I'll pull the image! haha! lol

I am sitting here laughing, Scott! I am assuming you are in the ranks of the senior citizens so you've been there, done that already & that's why you're ribbing him! I can certainly relate!!

I don't think Keith is too much on the soft side. He is probably busy w/other matters. But he is far enough away that we can get away with ribbing him.
