Sent check Monday morning, box arrived Thursday morning. Iowa to California that's FAST. Couldn't hardly wait to get it open. The cell structure is VERY distinct all the way from the middle to the outside edges. The pieces are water rounded and fairly smooth except for the very outside where the exposed cells give it a texture of sorts. Grainey ? Probably butchered that one. Ron's Rocks may need their scale recalibrated as the order was slightly off . A little over 1 lb. In my favor. As soon as I resolve some issues with my saw, I'll try to post a picture or two because I believe there are quite a few people that aren't aware this material exists. Something else, it seems completely free of fractures.

yes id like to see the pics i have some but i think they pulled the wool over my eyes on that deal; i cut one of them and it didn't have cell structure like the Dino bone -- ill have to look for it and cut another one when i find a new motor for the saw

Agatized whale bone, it is exposed near the beach areas I believe as it is very well rounded from water acton.
