...Or doing anything else? Me, who has a problem with my little pocket Powershot, got one for Christmas. I can't even unwrap the thing. I think it will be great when I go Jeep crawlin' and houndin' but first I need a scientist to help me figure out how it works!

Find a 12 year old kid. They are wizards with electronics. Jim

Looks like a great machine for outdoor rigors.

Here are some of my gopro videos.

Very cool videos Geoff! I love the quad video - that's one way to clean a dirty lens hahaha.

Geoff,
Thanks for the GREAT videos! My favorite was the airborne jump. I only made one (I had no choice) but enjoy looking at others do it. I'm going to fight the crowds this morning to get a 32g SD card and then I'll be ready to go. I have a chesty and one for the head (mounts) in addition to the ones that came with it. After reading the instructions that came with the camera, it looks pretty easy to use. Any suggestions about anything I might want or techniques to use?

Best advice I can give you is its free to delete crappy videos. Use it often. Try different setups and angles and settings. The more you use it the better you get. I've logged hundreds of hours on both of mine. Most of it has been deleted. Try out some free/cheap editing software. If you're like me you'll be hooked in no time.

My biggest problem will be to try to figure out what to use it on. At 72, I no longer am able to do those things I could do 20 years ago. I need to come up with some ideas other than just mounting it in the Jeep for trips.
