Morgan Hill poppy jasper. I ordered a huge box of this and most of it is solid poppies. This piece called out to me though. I call it "Eye Over Connectivity"!

THAT is a beautiful example of Morgan Hill poppy jasper. Most of the stuff we get is ... not as elegant. Thanks!

Far out! Difficult to locate that material without faults permeating it.

That's a pretty cab, Krystee! but I don't understand the title. (Bob runs off to hide for being dense. LOL!)

Wow that's a fantastic piece! About 40 years ago when the Calif. Division of Mines collection was still in the Ferry building in San Francisco, they had a case displaying many of the varieties of Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper. That particular subtype was named "Paradise Jasper" in the case. Very suitable name for a beautiful type of poppy.....Mel

Almost too darn pretty to be real! Maybe it's a trick of the eye, but is there actually that much 'depth' in the stone??

very beautiful, Krystee! I've never had that much luck with Poppy Jasper, but you have rocked those poppies! (popped the poppies?)
