Yes. Probably from the blue forest (or close to it) in Wyoming. The brown around the outside is petrified algae.

Wyoming - Blue Forest Eden Valley Petrified Wood
Formed about 50 million years ago, it has properties not found in fossil wood from anywhere else in the world. The petrification process involved shallow algae growing lakes, where algae cast or mold formed around the wood, the wood then dried and shrunk in the mold of algae which became part of a layered rock formation. Silica-rich water solutions seeped through the rock and petrified the wood which filled in the spaces left between the dried wood and the hardened cast with opal, agate, calcite, and quartz.
