RickN- I've done these over red jasper, lapis, turquoise, white agate and black agate so far. The lapis does look cool but the black agate and red jasper are my favorites so far. Thanks y'all!!

These doublets cabs you have been doing are seriously breathtaking! 50 ready to grind, sounds like the Bikerrandy production machine has taken off.

You've got very good RR for making doublets, the clear is really clear. Nice work.

Those are really great cabs! Making doublets sure can enhance material that otherwise might be OK but not great stand alone cabs. Bob

When I see a Randy post my heart skips a beat haha. Beautiful work Randy! I swear I'm going to try this very soon - I've already bought the 300 glue and it's just sitting there patiently waiting. I don't want to just copy you though - I'm trying to think of some unique combination of stones before I launch into it.

Thanks y'all! These really are fun to cab, right now I'm waiting on my new 80 grit wheel to arrive, I wore out my last one. I'm hoping that it will come tomorrow .... I also pre-formed a bunch of Maurey Mountain moss agate doublets as well, the beautiful rough came from "Woodyrock". These are gonna be sweet! I'll post pics as I finish them. Thanks for looking!!
