Nick pointed out to me to make sure the belt isn't too tight on my tumbler since I replaced it yesterday.......As I told him and others I am not the most mechanically inclined person out there.......how do I know the right amount of tension, I pushed everything over as far as it would go and the belt didn't seem tight to me.....I hope I didn't mess up or unsecure something inside...I really have no idea what im doing or how to explain it better

You want it tight enough that it will turn the drive roller freely with a loaded barrel on it and not slip, Too tight and you will chew bearings out and even burn your motor up. Easiest way to tell is to tighten it and then push on the belt between the pullies, if it has too much movement, tighten it up a bit more, if it has NO movement then loosen it just until it will "flex" say an 1/8th inch or less. Too loose and it will just slip and do nothing lol

Glad you were able to, it is really rather easy, if it feels too tight then loosen it and vise-versa LOL

That's good news to hear that you're rollin' again! I hope the noise is normal.

Oh yeah its fine, the tumbler itself isn't making a louder noise, just the material inside of the barrel
