Some quartz I've been working on for someone. ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0812_zps61ffe7ff.jpg) ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0811_zpsb8fb9bf5.jpg) Red Plume agate - actually a redo. ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0810_zps83b4a69b.jpg) Sort of a mystery stone - made an oily black mess! ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0799_zps7b8adae2.jpg) Don't know but I like it!!! Hard as heck too! ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0797_zps84b807ad.jpg) Another mystery stone ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0807_zps223c7ad6.jpg) Onyx?? ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0808_zps7c17bd32.jpg) Calcite I've been working on for another person. ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0767_zps1f58819f.jpg) Not real sure on this one either, but I like it!! I think this was something called Ocean Wave jasper. ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0787_zps0720b8c4.jpg) Gem silica - three shots to get a better idea of the colors & druzy in it. Kind of hard to capture the green! ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0776_zps36dd6c45.jpg) ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0777_zps73ae4e6d.jpg) A close up ![](http://i1023.photobucket.com/albums/af359/DonniesTreasureShop/DonniesTreasureShop015/IMG_0781_zpscacd497b.jpg)

Thanks Chuck, that's sort of what I was thinking. Just the color was a little different than some other calico lace I have.

Dang, girl! You onna roll! Love them. I like how you leave them vuggy. But, my fav is that awesome first mystery. Wonder what it is? Do you have anymore? Could I see some more pictures? I've never seen anything like it.

Awesome cabs! That first red plume appears to be Brenda Plume from Arizona. That Calico Lace is interesting. There are two sorts, one from Mexico and also one that later came out of South Africa that one of our members ( rockyracoon) used to import. That's the African material not the Mexican.....Mel

Thanks Mel! I knew it was different & that explains it. Tela, that is cab is from a slab I got from a lady on facebook. One of those one of a kind things. I would love to find more like it & I always keep my eyes open for unusual areas like that in a slab. I have a couple more cabs coming from that slab but nothing like that. I've got that one, the calico lace & the gem silica being auctioned off on face book right now.

The two ones with drusies are my favorites. Beautiful stones and very well shaped.

Looking at them again, could the "onyx??" be Kona Dolomite?

The first stone looks like rose quartz from the Hogg mine in LaGrange GA. Always loved the way the lines go thru the quartz !
