Alright you ever so mighty full of rock knowledge folks.. lil help here !! Picked this up today in a new area im roaming . Picked up alot of odd things over the years but what the heck is this ?? Thanks for the look

S.W Wyo ...iv picked alot of flint n chert up n never seen it with this texture n tubes . Most our flint is banded brown black n cream n orange ?

Yes, it is a version of flint. Formed a little bit different than the regular stuff. Neat looking

That pic looks different from the one you sent me. It looked more like some fossil stone in the bigger pic. Here's a close up. I haven't seen a lot of chert, but this looks like something else. I am not good at id's, though.

Me too! Palm was also my first thought. Looks a lot like something I found out near Brenda in January.
Not exact, but it has the same feel to it.
