Here's a wee contribution with several pieces of Cumbrian flint and Scurdie Ness jasper. Unfortunately, the breaking of the flint was was rather uncoordinated, as the results were not anything near flat or symmetrical-ish. I have some Pinole Point (San Francisco Bay Area) agate and jasper that is being tumbled in 36 grit along with one more piece of Cumbrian flint with nice detailing. See you in several months P/S Sorry for the poor quality photos...new camera on it's way.

The pics aren't that poor. Can really see the shine in the first and good color in both. Nice rocks!

Hello there Snowmom. The banded one i'm pretty sure is jasper. It was found below "Scurdie Ness" lighthouse near Montrose, Scotland. I was looking for agate, but with no such luck. Oh well, I really like this piece.
