Took these out of the polish Friday the 26th. What with one thing and another, I never got around to getting any pictures until yesterday when I got a couple, and took some more this evening. When I went to put the photos on the computer, it turned out that the software that came with the camera is defunct. It wasn't all that great anyhow, and eventually I figured out a way to get the pics loaded up. Ha ha, now you have to suffer through some more of my rock pictures. There were a couple of foreigners in the bunch, but all the close up pictures are our local stuff. There are a few fractures and pits but most aren't too bad. Just some chert, jasper and agate. A couple of pictures are a little fuzzy, the camera battery was dying and I was hurrying to get done. The whole mess Some of them were kind of plain But most of them had at least a little character. Hadn't noticed until now, but you can sure see that stupid shop lite over the bench in the stones, eh? Guess I'd better do something different with that next time. Thanks for looking. Russ

Got no problem with the shop light. It shows how shiny the rocks are. Nice batch.

Those look great and if they are local for you even better. Glad you figured out the camera and got them posted.

Great looking batch there. Those look a lot like rocks I find in the great lakes. Where is "local" for you?

Russ is 10 miles west of me in north central Wyoming. The stones look really similar to mine except for the fact that I do not have any that shiny. Jim
