They look A OK to me. Got on a site that sold fairburns, so I looked at your variety and the shops for sale variety. The shop had mostly darker fairburn compared to yours, but a few had the same color.

Yea I looked around online and though maybe. I hope they are! I know some of the members here collect them so I though they would know!

A few look like they may be Fairburns. Others look like hills agates from the Black Hills that have been tumbled. The only way I could tell for sure is if I could personally look at them.

Look like Mississipi Agates to me. One of our members sent me some nice ones. Crowley Ridge agates are a very similar type too. Do not look like Fairburns to me at all.....Mel
