Well ive decided to produce cabs in a "conveyor line" style... basically one day working on a lot of material on 1 wheel (say my 80) then putting them in a trey for the next wheel for another day. Wheel 3 seems to be the most time consuming... the difference between my 220 galaxy wheel and 280 nova in terms of scratches is huge... I almost think they put a 120 grit wheel down or something. I can use wheel 2 as my primary if I really want to... the difference in grinding tome isn't a huge amount different (noticable but not huge) These are the pieces ready for wheel 4 whenever I get there. I still have a bag of stuff I want to get ready... for some people that polish is good enough as crazy as it may seem.
