maybe call Shawn at the rockshed to see if he knows a better way to contact them. This is the warranty info taken right from rocksheds website Manufacturer Warranty: The manufacturer warranties the motor on this tumbler for 90 days from the date of purchase. The frame is warranted for life when returned to the manufacturer with a $15.00 handling charge.www.therockshed.com/tumbler1.htmlChuck

You can call Tom (owner of Lot-O company) directly at (507)456-5677. he is a very nice man and great to work with.

Alwright.just talked to the man himself Tom.the current owner of lotto tumblers.there is in fact no warranty on there units.only a 90 day warranty on the motor.that is it.and essentially if your machine is down, you send it to Tom,he assesses the damages then tells you how much to be up and running again.mine with cracked frame and trashed springs will be between $80-$90 to fix.small price to pay for the work it does Dave.

Well mixed emotions on this one.finally got in touch with the owner almost two weeks after he received my dual lotto.he informed me that my lotto was too far gone, all it needed was a new frame and springs.i believe he is more interested in selling new machines versus doing repair work.so I broke down and bought a double barrel mini sonic tumbler.in my opinion from what I see this far it is superior in quality and they have a 10lb capacity bowl that works on it.not happy But this is only me.not a bad feed back report,I think he just wants to sell new units Dave

yeah when I began to hear about warranty issues I took a step back. I have one, it works but I'm not sure I'd purchase another.

It was good while it lasted but it is cheaply built.although my new vibrasonics outer shell is plastic the business part of it is stout, and it has a rayostat for adjusting the motion Dave
