Better late than never.. Last January stoner called and said he was down at Quartzsite at the pow wow and asked if I wanted to meet him there. I hadn't planned on going down but heck, a chance to spend some time with Ed and go to Tony's BBQ.. you bet! Had a great time down there, we both found some deals and headed over to Tony's spot and hung out with the best of the best! Here's what I picked up on my trip poppy wish I remembered what this was called. Some old timey seam stuff that played out years ago.. maybe Nevada or Utah.. hoping Sabre52 might recognize it some dino OJ something I picked up from christopherl1234 . I believe he said it came from the Cadys and a faced nodule of Royal Imperial Thanks for lookin'

Wow Brian, what a gorgeous set of slabs! Afraid I'm no help on that one plume. Never seen it before. Reminds me of Cathedral Agate but wrong colors.....Mel

The one you got from me beefjello is called Pickett Plume after the discoverer of the seam John Pickett. I will have more at the Pow Wow this coming January. We will be back in the same spot, space #275. Look forward to seeing you all out there

Hey Brian, just getting around to last year's score? We got that plume a little ways from Tony, and the guy said it was a new vein of Cathedral agate, same look, different colors. Merry Christmas to you and Crista

Thanks all!
Hey Ed, the stuff you're thinking about we picked up in '13 (time really flies). There's a pic of it in this thread, second from last
forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/thread/57372/
I found a clue on this particular slab. There was a card in the bag I'm pretty sure was from the vendor.. Rock 'n Gifts from Jerome Idaho. They don't have a website that I've found, but hopefully They will be back out there this year and I can get the ID again
