Wow! You have some real beauties there. What is number 4? I think the rutilated quartz is tops, but that's only because I can name that. What is 7? That one is pretty sweet, too.

Nope, not tired of them yet. Is the one just before the obsidian a laker? Whatever it is, I like it a lot.

rockjunquie Jugglerguy jamespI labeled the ones I know. jamesp - that one makes the whole batch worth doing. I think as long as I get a couple killer rocks like that out each batch I can stay interested. Chuck

Drummond Island Rocks, I love that one that Jim pointed out too. Really unusual pattern. Also like the brazilian with the frost-tipped black lines.

The one has fortifications like a laker but the other paterns and colors are from some other dang place. Sometimes we get lakers in pastels we call painted. I think this batch is about as nice as I have seen. Your photograpy is the bomb also....thanks for sharing

Always like the tigereye and rutilated Thanks- That rutilated quartz was the most I have ever paid per pound for tumbling rough but this one little stone made it all worth it to me. Chuck

Superb job on a very mixed batch! Yes, that rutilated piece is a real beauty. Is the unknown brecciated one perhaps Stone Canyon Jasper? -Don
