Never been, but are you looking for fluorite for tumbling? I wouldn't think that any pieces out of a tailings pile would be display specimen worthy.

Yes, it would be for tumbling. But the website isn't very good, so I'm having a hard time guessing if it is even worth the time to go...

Florite is a bit tricky for tumbling. I have one friend who tumbled it dry. Its a challenge. Tom

Understood. But I'm more concerned about the quality of material from the Clement Mine. Hopefully someone peeks in this weekend...

If its old tailings from years ago-you might get lucky and score a nice piece...We always hit a few good pieces of minerals at the old tailings here in Oregon... Good luck

I did. But those were crystals - not really for tumbling. I just want some solid material for tumbling.
