That looks good, especially on the triangle shape! You're looking like a lapidary jeweler artist.

Outstanding Chuck....before I have even had a chance to comment on your other attempts you have already knocked it out of the park with this one. We have all come to expect nothing less from you, but still you continue to impress. Great work. Cheers

Great work Chuck, I think you will get used to the copper. If it was spring hard I know you would like it less Edit. I should have read your other posts before hand. I see you like the dead soft now. You are doing great work

Well, it's beautiful. Maybe if you texture it first or run it thru a mill that will work harden it?

Well, it's beautiful. Maybe if you texture it first or run it thru a mill that will work harden it? Thanks- I worked on one more last night with the dead soft sheet and I ended up cutting the profile out then tumbled it in steel shot before I went any further. That seemed to help. No extra tools here. These are just being done with a saw, bail pliers, vice, files and hammer. Very basic at the moment. Demand for this style will dictate going much further. Chuck

Although this one is along similar lines as the others, it really seems to be a level above. Nice progress Chuck!

your process really appeals to my inner engineer. Art and engineering together, bravo.
ETA: this is ready for the co2 laser cutter-could lead to fast production.
