Hmmm. Feeling a little .... Unknowledgeable. Something goes in the shiny top and slides down and out either hatch door. But what? What's it for?

It is like a big wood burning stove. The silver pan in the background goes on top and the sap is poured in and it cooks it down to syrup.

I gave the people who helped me out when I was hanging over the side of that mountain last year a pint and a half. Scott is a friend, I'll give him a quart if he wants.
