from this. to this. and finally this. A belcher style chain.inside tube dimension is 9.5 mm x 4 mm high before I get chastised for my sloppy solder joints,I got anxious and tumbled it to see it shine,I still need to clean up the joints.nothing a flex shaft,abrasive wheels and about an hour can't take care of.i should have snapped a pic in the light tent,sorry for fuzz and what not. for looking,stay tuned Dave

Ok, have to ask the obvious. How did you dome those small links? Looks great, btw, as we can imagine on this board...

Why solder every one?
Why not every other and a solid unsoldered in between?

Love your skills and herbal libations.... when you dap/dome the pieces they come under tension,so when you cut them they pop open a little bit,more-so than a jumpring.to close them you must use the torch.and if I'm torching each one might as well solder each one too.herbal libations?tea?i think not.lol.that would be sacrolidge.lol Dave

What happens if you never cut half, dap all, then solder half? Half the cutting, half the soldering. Libations implies beverages. Im from Los Angeles, i knew what you meant! Lol
