Interesting! It was a ring with prongs and some design on the shank. Also his comment after mine is gone. Calling @arrowheadave

[/Oops!!!! I went to edit something and the whole thing got deleted. Here it is again 21.5 grams Sterling 5mm Rubies to be flush set(just in for pic) Cab will be a 15x25 high domed Gem Silica It is a size 13.5 Hope you enjoy. And Pat,it is lost wax.

Ahh.much better.thank you all.i spun in in a Neycraft centrifuge. And I carved the wax my self.its a really satisfying experience,to start with a raw blank and carve it out. Thank you again Dave

Looks like the quality of the final is based on carving the mold. Incredible casting. Cast with a final finish.
