I have been working on a few items but it is so hot in the garage, I have limited time out there after work.I have these ready to remove from the nails so I can polish the backs: This first one is a moss agate that looks like it has an E in it. My oldest son really liked it so I have cabbed it for him. I had thought this rough was peridot but once I started grinding it, I realized it was too soft and is moonstone with a green tint. Lots of shimmer but in the pictures, it makes it look like it has cracks. It does not. This last set is Sodalite with a white streak and some Mica possibly in the dark areas. Not as easy to work as I had hoped but turned out OK. Uneven hardnesses in this rough. Didn't have much time today to really enjoy the latest posts so I will have to catch up tomorrow. Thanks for looking! Fran

I really like the sodalite cabs, as well as the "B" cab. I have some sunstones that look a lot like your moonstone shown above. I understand that they are both a form of feldspar.
