This one baffles me as to a specific location. It is 2" tall and was a bit tricky to work because the slab was quite thin at 1/8" and somewhat fragile. Bob

If I had to take a guess I'd say that's Durango, Mexico moss or Ojinaga, Mexico Moss. A lot of moss types very like that come from those locations. That being said, very similar stuff comes from Pipeline Canyon, Utah, Arizona, Oregon and the Texas Rio grande gravels. Unless self collected, moss agates are the hardest to pinpoint to a particular location....Mel

I can see how that would bust apart at any moment while grinding. Definitely shows your skills getting such a gorgeous cab from it!

Beautiful cab, Bob. I bet you had fun getting a dome on this one with room for a bezel especially where the crystal pocket comes so close to the edge.
