Hi everyone, I recently made some cabs from a slab that came with some "sunset chrysocolla" they were green instead of red and they had some kind of metallic veins in them. Any idea on what the metal is? It looks somewhat like silver but it oxidized in a blue green color.

They look dangerous. Better send them to me.

I just did a chrysocolla and cuprite (not sonora sunrise) cab with the same veins. I never saw any oxidation. I just assumed it was pyrite. I can post a pic if you like.

Cool this is silver looking not really yellow colored like other pyrite I've seen. The first one I didn't really notice until I started getting a shine on them then I started cutting it to really show off the metal. It looks cool. Neat material I wish I would have bought more.
