My friend Cristy just found out that she has to get rid of he two large constrictors. I think one is a ball and the other, I do not remember. She has tried every option she can think of.
Do any of you know on anyone who wants or knows anyone who wants two large constrictors? They are regularly handled by school children, so they are quite docile. She thought she was going to have to put them down, but I couldn't let her go through that.

Craigslist?
Local reptile breeders might be able to suggest places that will take them.
The local animal control office might know of folks who collect or take reptiles.

Had a couple of reticulateds for a long time. I'd take them in a heartbeat, but would probably end up in divorce court.

Pics?
Certain constrictor are banned from interstate transport. Federal offense.
Bob is correct. If she wants to buy a classifieds account kingsnake.com I'd THE website for reptile people.
Facebook works too
Large females are in demand.
Species important.

I can't remember what they are. I am going to get them in a couple minutes.
She has tried almost every option so far. I have feelers out all over the place.

Well I need skins to use on saddle pommel and cantles but that's probably not acceptable. Surely folks would like such a cool pet on craigslist.

Top is a boa constrictor. Looks to.be female by small head heavy body. Not 100% by visual.
Bottom is a little ball.
Both are legal to cross state lines.

Yes! I never feed in the enclosure. Always in a secondary enclosure. They are a smart snake and will condition to feed when cage door is opened. Instead condition. To a plastic tub outside of the cage.

I suspect that after being fed in the enclosure for 16 years it is moot by now.

I suspect that after being fed in the enclosure for 16 years it is moot by now. Probably! Haha! If he is 16 or more, then that is a male. Females that age and condition would be triple the weight. 10-15# male vs 30-60# female. Good looking snakes. Planning to keep them?

If I had them and wanted to move them on, I would walk into a reptile store and take whatever they offer me.
I am out of it for so long, I have no clue who might wkant them.

Sorry about your heart, Mark. You don't really want one that is too big.
As for snakes...
