Hey there friends!
I'm Dani and I'm a rock lover.
I've always loved rocks for as long as I can remember, and this year my husband gave me my own tumbler for my birthday.
I have a house filled with all sorts of stones and crystals from around the world.
Most recently I collected several pounds of rocks from the sea in Mackay Australia that I am hoping to polish and tumble.
I have just ordered a rough set of 3 pounds of mixed stones from amazon that supposedly had great reviews to start with (should arrive in a couple days)
I'm eager to learn from you and with you, to share my journey, to make friends, and have fun together!
Want to show me your favorite rock? I'd love to see it!
Dani - aka Rock Lobster

Thank you Pat! Creator of the Rock God and Master of the Universe - excited to learn more about tumbling from you Ha! I don't tumble rocks! However, there are plenty of experts here. Good luck. This rock hobby has many facets. 😄

Welcome Dani! First started tumbling when I was a little girl, and though mostly I slab, cab, and wrap, I STILL love tumbling, although I'm not able to get the mirror shine like some pros around here! Share pics before and after pics, those are lots of fun!

Hi Rock Lobster! You inspired me to buy an old B52s CD. There's lots of great advice here. What part of California are you from? East Bay here.
