and 6 days of Agate collecting on 3 different properties. Very productive. 3 of those days had the added bonus of being joined by Txrockhunter. If he is any indication of the quality of people out here on the forum, then this is an outstanding group of folks. Jeremy and I will put a more detailed report with pictures or maybe two different reports. It may need to wait until later in the week as wife is out of town, the 450 pounds of new rock in the garage, the yard and the garden, and putting the house back in order after two of my kids spent the weekend at home minding the dog!

Sorry for the delay, almost caught up with chores so tomorrow I will get a few pics of the haul. My sister-in-law took all the pictures out at the collecting areas, as soon as she sends them I will filter through and post a few with a brief write up.
Will say that I was very good about hi-grading. Only picked up about 1 out of every 4 or 5 agates I saw and only put about one out of 3 of those or so in the bucket. It seems to have paid dividends as a brief inspection of one of the bags shows good material. Also hope to split a couple of the smaller nodules in half on the tile saw tomorrow to get a better look.

Part of my pic problem originates with me being the owner of a "dumb-phone", that's part of the reason sister-in-law took almost all the pics.

No excuse! I have a "dumber-than-a-rock" old Samsung flip phone, no photo taking capabilities.
I use an old (15 yrs) Sony digital video camera/camera that I haul around. Photos do not have a very high resolution, but it has great color and sharp images. Unless I'm taking pictures of finds once I get home with my tablet, trips photos are all taken with my PC100. Jean
