Great cabs! The first and last are my favorites. What is the last one? The middle looks like pietersite.

Great cabs! The first and last are my favorites. What is the last one? The middle looks like pietersite. The last five photos are all Orpheus Agate. All the cabs in this set were for a friend from material she had picked up from various places. The Orpheus is new to me. I am trying to work a deal on some higher quality stone but it is kind of pricey =\

Those are all very nicely done and the colors are truly wonderful. Even with the slight blems, they are beautiful.

Everything I have found on them says it is pretty rare material, found near one small town in Bulgaria. It is known for the pretty greens and yellow/orange colors. Apparently, finding really solid nodules is even rarer. It is pretty stuff. I have a few slabs that were part of the deal with the cabbing order. I am going to try stabilizing them and see how they do.

Love that Orpheous Agate, and you did a great job with the Vistaite - beautiful composition with the pattern. You are definitely doing something right in the polish department too!
