I am looking for a large tumbler for the rough cycle. I already run four forty pound Lortones, and am looking for something in the 100+ pound range.
I have heard of some people using cement mixers, but they don't last long. Does anyone know of commercially available units or a successfully modified cement mixer that works? I can fabricate it but would rather go with a proven design.

If I was going for 100-200 pounds I would do it like this guy. Sitting on shafts. Steel pipe barrel. Port on wall of pipe for unloading without moving/lifting barrel.
