linkFor those wondering: The shell casing would of course not be fired along with the bullet if this were a "real" firearm, however we wanted the shape to be easily identifiable as a bullet by someone who is not familiar with firearms, so we decided to depict the round with the shell casing still attached. We also omitted any geographical or identifying details in the video in order to protect the secrecy of ? operations. This video is intended as a visual depiction of the obstacles faced by the Canadian soldier and not a re-creation of the shot itself.
