Great googly moogly. That's Awesomesauce. I wonder how it would fit in my ninth story flat?

Lol Probably didn't want to have to open the cover and weld up the differential so both sides would turn evenly so they just put it on the power side.

Damn Larry, he should have gone for post-traction and had a barrel on each side.

Use a positraction rear right Jim? Or weld the spiders.

First thought that went through jamesp's mind was to turn that axle at a slant and make a slant rotary tumbler. Keep in mind a hypoid differential gear set plus the little external gear box is going to use more electricity due the friction. Belt drive is #1 most efficient(and noisy chain drive) @ 99%. Analogy: Cruising motorcycles use shaft drive @ 95% power transmission w/hypoid(smooth and quiet), crotch rockets use chain drive @99% power transmission(noisy and fast)

Someone I know in Atlanta would double its capacity soon after it arrive on his doorstep. I suppose that monster axle would turn two 300 pound(or bigger) drums lol. Should a Mopar or GM axle be used. Maybe a Dodge hemi.....turbo charged Chevy 350..... slant it and go with a cap without fasteners He torched the center out of a wheel to make a flange to attach to the barrel. Clever
