A very weird metallic rock, my metal detector says its not iron, but its also extremely light. no idea what it is might get it assayed. i'll polish a bit to see if i can pull any colors. when cut the partials are a deep blue purple black color, i know its not bornite. lots of this stuff on my local river in one area, (picked up 4-5 chunks of it)

molybdinum is a possibility i have found that before and its more lighter grey than black, kinda like iron color but really soft, doesnt give much a clue hue ether
